Brewing Craft Beer with Solar Power
La Natayaise is the first craft beer in Benin, made from sorghum, manioc and hops with crystal clear water from the mountains around us. La Natayaise, blond or brown, is the drink of choice of locals, soon to be launched nationally.
Here we train students in beer making to get jobs or start their own breweries.
Help us use solar power for our new cool room in the fight against climate change. This will allow us to increase production from 60,000 bottles to 600,000 a year. With every sip of gluten-free, organic beer we set an example in helping to save the planet.
